Position Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and optimizing warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
