Position Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and optimizing warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to meet delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
