Job Description:
Zambezi Ventures is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team in Livingstone. The successful candidate will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
- Provide advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and requirements.
- Process reservations and issue travel documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Manage client profiles and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
