Job Overview:
As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups on educational and recreational tours. Your expertise in local history and culture will enhance the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead guided tours for groups, providing informative and engaging commentary.
• Share knowledge about local attractions, culture, and history.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and clients.
• Manage logistics for tours, including transportation and scheduling.
• Collect feedback from participants to improve future tours.
• Stay updated on local events, attractions, and tourism trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tour Guide or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for local culture, history, and tourism.
• Ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of people.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
