Job Description:
Zambezi Ventures is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team in Livingstone. The successful candidate will provide engaging and informative tours to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided tours of local attractions.
- Provide detailed information about the history, culture, and significance of sites.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants.
- Answer questions and provide recommendations to guests.
- Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a tour guide is preferred.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions.
- Ability to manage groups of people effectively.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
