Job Description
Emerald Edge is looking for a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to analyze and improve our IT systems. The successful candidate will evaluate business requirements, design IT solutions, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design IT solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions.
- Implement and maintain IT systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system functionality.
- Document system specifications and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with system analysis and design.
- Knowledge of database management and software development.
Education
