Job Description:

Nexus Zambia is looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to assess and improve our IT systems in Lusaka. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate current IT systems and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Design and implement new IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of IT systems.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of system analysis and design.
• Proficiency in system analysis software and MS Office.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis.
