Job Description:
Apex is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Surveyor to measure and map land, properties, and construction sites. The Surveyor will provide accurate data for engineering, construction, and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and property surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
- Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports and maps.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to survey data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in land surveying and mapping.
