Job Description:
Zambezi Ventures is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Livingstone. The successful candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, production, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Assist in developing supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in supply chain software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
