Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Livingstone. The successful candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, production, and distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Assist in developing supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
