JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Supermarket Merchandiser to join our team, specializing in utilizing a motorcycle for efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize a motorcycle for transportation to and from different supermarket locations within the designated area.
• Efficiently load and unload merchandise onto the motorcycle, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Execute timely delivery and replenishment of products according to established schedules.
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels at each location.
• Collaborate with store managers to identify product needs and optimize shelf space.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize sales.
• Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise display areas within the supermarket.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product location.
• Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating the motorcycle.
Requirements:
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in merchandising or retail operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of motorcycle riding and manual labor.
