5. Store Manager

Job Description: Emerald Edge is looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing store staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff, providing leadership and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure product availability.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in retail management and sales.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related role.
