Stainless Steel Fabrication Supervisor, with Gulf experience and good knowledge of stainless steel architectural works like handrails, glass partitions, stainless steel cladding, etc., required.

Duties:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers, verify and keep records on work-in-process, ensure that product is completed on time.

Oversee work activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of products.

Ongoing communication with General Manager, Sales and the Shipping Department.

Order consumables and complete maintenance work orders as needed to ensure machines are able to continue running.

Maintain accurate paperwork at all times.

Ensures employees are complying with manufacturing process documentation

Maintains schedule adherence and works with management on proper staffing levels to meet schedules

Maintains proper quality standards on all products being produced on shift

Ensures that all documentation is being filled out and distributed properly

Answers employee questions and directs them regarding work flow, equipment, production processes and procedures
