Job Description

Seed Secondary School is seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Ensure compliance with special education regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification with a specialization in special education.
• Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Education
