Sous Chef

Job Summary:
Zambezi Tours is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills and experience in kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate on menu planning and recipe development.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
