Job Description: Emerald Edge is hiring a compassionate Social Worker to support individuals and families facing various social challenges. The Social Worker will provide counseling, develop care plans, and connect clients with appropriate resources and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources and services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with other social service agencies and professionals.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Good problem-solving and crisis intervention abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in case management and counseling techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to client care.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field.
