Job Description:
Apex is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to provide support and assistance to individuals and families in need. The Social Worker will work with clients to address social, emotional, and financial issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families.
- Connect clients with community resources and services.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct outreach and education programs in the community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Worker or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices.
- Excellent counseling and advocacy skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in social work software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassion and empathy for clients.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in social work.
