Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction site activities.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Inspect work quality and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Communicate progress and issues to the Construction Manager.
• Ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in site management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in site supervision.
