Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee our construction sites. As a Site Foreman, you will supervise construction activities, coordinate workers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will enforce safety regulations and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating construction activities and personnel.
- Ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on project status.
- Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in construction.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
