Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Communicate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
