Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Lusaka. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales training and development programs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
