Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations in Lusaka. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day retail operations.
• Supervise and train retail staff.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and issues.
• Prepare and present sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in retail management software and tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in retail management.
