Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food in a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership and operational expertise will be key to achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory control, and financial management. Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all guests receive high-quality service and a memorable dining experience. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu, ensuring that it reflects current food trends and customer preferences. Monitor food quality and presentation to meet established standards.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Implement cost-control measures to maximize revenue and manage expenses effectively.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that attract new customers and enhance the restaurant’s visibility in the community.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics for management review. Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
