Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort in Livingstone. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Handle guest complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in resort management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
