Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions within the company. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and strong interpersonal skills will be essential in building a talented workforce that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
