An established Earthmoving Equipment company is seeking to fill the role of a Receptionist in Bulawayo. You will be in charge of telephone management and administration duties. You must hold a diploma in administration or equivalent, be computer literate and have at least one year experience in a similar role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Telephone management.
Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Manage clerical duties including filing, printing, photocopying, emailing and administrative support.
Ensuring all visitors to the office adhere to health regulations procedures
Greet customers.
Administration duties.
