The receptionist will act as the front-line support for clients and customers responsible for providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Welcome visitors/clients physically or on phone in a professional manner
Introduce the products that the company is offering to clients
Write quotations/orders for clients
Handle effectively customer issues
Ensure comfortability of customers
Directing and guiding customers in the process of collection of products from accounts, production up to the point of correction
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answering customer queries with the urgency it deserves
Handing over the letters /any documents to the Human Resource office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure clients leave the office/company premises happy and satisfied.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
