Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that the office runs smoothly. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will contribute significantly to our company’s image and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
