About Us:
Frontier Logistics is a trusted name in logistics solutions in Lusaka. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and order.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and phone systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
