Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws and market trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Valid real estate license.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office.
