Job Description:

Apex is looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing expert advice and excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Market properties through various channels, including online listings and open houses.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values.
• Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in real estate management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
