Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

OneZambia is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that products and services meet quality standards and specifications. The Quality Assurance Engineer will implement quality control processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with production teams to improve quality processes
• Prepare quality reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Proven experience in quality assurance engineering and control
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in quality assurance software and MS Office
