Job Description:

Nexus Zambia is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and processes in Lusaka. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for implementing quality control systems and conducting tests and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Proficiency in quality assurance software and MS Office.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CQE) preferred.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork and project management skills.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance engineering.
