Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and financial performance of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations and maintenance.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Market properties and manage leasing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
