Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, budgeting, and implementation. You will manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in construction.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
