Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee production processes, coordinate team activities, and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently. You will report to the Factory Manager and contribute to maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating production team activities.
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Training and mentoring production staff.
- Maintaining accurate production records and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
