Job Vacancy: Production Supervisor

Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Lusaka. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor production staff.
- Prepare and submit production reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
