Production Engineer

Job Description:

OneZambia is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes. The Production Engineer will ensure efficient production operations, maintain quality standards, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize production processes and workflows
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with other engineering and production teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in production engineering and process optimization
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office
