STARCH PLANT PRODUCTION
43 OPERATORs OP-TECHNICIANS
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of the Equipment’s
- Responsible to carryout the Repair and maintenance of the equipment
- Regular cleaning of the equipment
- Responsible to produce quality product for the equipment as per the SOP
- Coordinating with the mechanical team for up-keeping of the equipment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 12TH GRADE/ Diploma Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Diploma instrumentation. Diploma food technology or Any other related field
- Experience of 2 to 4 years in Similar plant
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Food Industry
- Through knowledge of process and operating of the food industry equipment and hands on experience of operating each equipment
- Sound communication Skill and should be able to lead the team in the shift
- Knowledge of Food Safety Norms
- Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety
