Job Description:
OneZambia is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. The Payroll Manager will handle payroll compliance, reporting, and employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations and deductions
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports and records
- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
