Job Description:
Apex is seeking an experienced and strategic NGO Program Manager to oversee and manage our non-governmental organization (NGO) programs. The Program Manager will ensure effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage NGO programs and initiatives.
- Ensure programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and impact.
- Prepare and manage program budgets and financial reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and communities.
- Prepare grant proposals and secure funding for programs.
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an NGO Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of program management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in program management software and tools.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in NGO program management.
