Position Overview:
We are seeking a Network Administrator who will manage and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our data and ensuring seamless connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement and manage network security measures.
- Collaborate with IT staff to optimize network resources and performance.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Provide support and training to staff on network-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls).
- Experience with routers, switches, and network monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
