Position Overview:
We are seeking a Network Administrator who will manage and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our data and ensuring seamless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement and manage network security measures.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to optimize network resources and performance.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Provide support and training to staff on network-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls).
  • Experience with routers, switches, and network monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
