Job Description:

ZamTech Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Network Administrator to join our team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and enforce network security measures.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in network management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
