Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product displays, optimize store layout, and ensure effective product placement to drive sales. The Merchandiser will work closely with the retail team to enhance the shopping experience and boost product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute product displays and store layouts according to merchandising guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure optimal product placement and visual appeal.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in merchandising and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related role.
