Job Description:

ZamTech Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute merchandising strategies.
• Arrange products and displays to attract customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Analyze sales data to evaluate merchandising effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising.
• Strong visual and creative skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
