Job Description:

ZamTech Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-displayed and attractive to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement product displays and layouts.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
• Analyze sales data to determine product performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies.
• Maintain store visual standards and signage.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising.
• Strong creative and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
