Job Description

Lusaka Medicals is seeking a meticulous and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare samples for testing.
• Perform laboratory tests and analyze results.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
• Follow safety and quality control procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of tests and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Valid license to practice as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Zambia.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory.
