Job Description:
Lumina Ventures is hiring a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our healthcare team in Lusaka. The Medical Laboratory Scientist will conduct laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical laboratory tests on biological samples.
- Analyze test results and report findings to physicians.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control.
- Collect and prepare specimens for testing.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid practicing license as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in Zambia.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution.
Skills:
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
