Duties:
Performs skilled masonry work, building, altering and repairing brick, block, and stone.
Repairs, maintains and alters buildings, retaining walls and other brick, block or stone edifices.
Mixes mortar; lays bricks, blocks and stone.
Creates foundation and grade.
Patches and, or replaces brick-block or stonework chimney.
Stucco structures.
Reads blueprints.
Assigns work to a helper or laborer.
Maintains equipment.
Operates fork-lift.
