- Position: Marketing Manager (Small Holder Farmers Division)
- Location: Southern and Central Zambia (with travel to remote areas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities in remote small holder farming communities.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage with small holder farmers, considering their unique circumstances.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and community development goals.
Content Development: Create compelling and informative content tailored to the specific needs of small holder farmers, utilizing various channels such as digital media, print, and community events.
Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and government bodies to enhance the reach and impact of our initiatives.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement systems to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by small holder farmers in remote areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to remote locations within Zambia.
