Pivotal Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts in Lusaka. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing calendars and schedules.
• Assist with content creation and distribution.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Prepare and maintain marketing documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination.
