Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Livingstone. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics.
• Manage the logistics team and provide training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
